Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations require minimum 48 hours notice.

• If you cancel within the policy period or do not arrive for your appointment at all (often referred to as a "no show"), the full amount of the treatment will be charged to the credit card used to hold your appointment reservation. This is standard spa policy and there are no exceptions.

This policy applies for customers using Gift Certificates as well. Thank you for understanding. My time was set aside for you and that is the reason for this policy.​
